Holdiva binders are available in multiple models, each with different storage capacities to suit different collection sizes and use cases:

Most binders on the market use black inner pages. Holdiva uses white inner pages because they create a cleaner, gallery like presentation that lets cards, artwork, and decorations stand out naturally.
We spend time browsing collection reels online and noticed that a neutral background consistently makes card art pop, which makes your collection feel more like a curated display than simple storage.
This design choice is especially popular among theme based collectors, art card enthusiasts, and Michi method collectors who treat their binders as a showcase, not just an organizer.
We believe a collection should reflect its owner, not the binder manufacturer.
A large logo on the cover would limit the creative freedom that many collectors value. Instead, Holdiva binders feature a clean, minimal cover that serves as a blank canvas, which gives collectors full freedom to personalize with stickers and artwork.

Holdiva packaging is designed to last beyond the first unboxing.
Rather than following the industry norm of single use packaging meant to be torn off and discarded, we invested in a thicker cardboard carton with a clean white cover, which is sturdy enough to protect your binder during delivery and reusable as long term storage afterward.
For gift givers, the white cover doubles as a canvas: decorate it yourself, or reach out to us and we can wrap it as a gift on our end before shipping.
We also replaced the standard thin plastic bag with biodegradable bags that can be recycled and will naturally break down over time.

Yes. Holdiva ships internationally to many countries worldwide. Available destinations and shipping rates are displayed at checkout. If you don't see your country listed or have questions about international shipping, feel free to contact us directly and we'll do our best to help.
Most Holdiva orders are shipped through PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to follow your shipment in real time throughout its journey. If you haven't received a tracking email after your expected dispatch date, please check your spam folder or contact us directly and we'll look into it for you.
Delivery times depend on the destination country. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.
Delivery estimates can occasionally be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or peak shipping periods such as holidays. If your order appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us directly and we will investigate and assist you.

Returns & Refunds
Yes. Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. To initiate a return, please contact us within this window and we will guide you through the process. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Yes. If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned together with the purchased product. Otherwise, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.

Customers collect Pokémon cards, sports cards, Kpop photocards, postcards, art prints, autographs, photographs, event memorabilia, Polaroids, and other flat collectibles.
