Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Duties & Taxes — Important: Since the UK is outside the EU, all orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means:
- Orders under £135: UK VAT (20%) will be collected by the carrier before delivery.
- Orders over £135: import duties and VAT are assessed by UK customs and payable by the recipient upon delivery.
These charges are set by the UK government and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Holdiva has no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount. We recommend checking with HMRC if you have questions before placing your order.
Please be aware that refusing to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

Duties & Taxes — Important: Canada has a very low duty-free threshold of CAD $20 (~€14), which means almost all orders shipped from outside Canada are subject to customs charges. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis:
- GST/HST (5–15%) depending on your province will be assessed on your order.
- Import duties may also apply depending on the product type, typically ranging from 0% to 18%.
These charges are collected by the carrier (PostNL / Canada Post) before or upon delivery. They are set by the Canadian government and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. You can estimate applicable charges via the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA).
Please be aware that refusing to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned to us, in which case return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to follow your package in real time through the PostNL tracking portal at postnl.nl.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays). Holdiva is not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@holdiva.nl within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with PostNL to investigate and find a solution.
